Custom Photo Etched Soft Enameled Lapel Pins

The technique used to produce these vibrant colorful pins is chemical etching of brass, stainless steel & aluminum. This results in recessed areas which are then filled with epoxy soft enamel. Note that each color is separated by a metal ridge. PMS colors can be matched. If necessary, it is possible to print colors on top of the enamel, as shown on a few sample pins below. Printing colors is used when the text is too small to enamel. A printing plate is required for each printed color and an extra charge will apply. These pins are lighter and thinner than die struck pins. The average thickness is about 1 millimeter. A clear epoxy dome covering can be added. The standard finding is a brass butterfly clutch or commonly referred to as military clutch back. Quantity breaks start at 150, 300, 500, 1000, 2500. 5000. Pins are individually poly bagged. Normal production time is 4 weeks, and a 3 week rush charge is available.
