Custom Die–Struck Cloisonné Hard Stoned Epoxy Enameled Lapel Pins in Brass and Iron |
|
The pins shown are die-struck in Jeweler’s brass or iron. The brass base metal pins are plated in gold, brass, or nickel. The Iron base metal pins are usually plated in either brass or nickel. The dies are made with ridges to hold the hard stoned polished enamel. The enamel has a high gloss finish and is baked in an oven to give the pin a lasting durable finish. This method achieves the best quality enameling available. Some of the pieces shown on our website have an additional color printed on top of the enamel. This is required when fine line lettering is required, which cannot be enameled. In addition to die charges an additional one time plate charge will apply. Findings options on the backside include our standard butterfly clutch, a quality spring loaded plated clutch, a bar pin & safety catch, tie tack with bar & chain, joint & catch, and a magnet. Quantity breaks start at 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000. Normal production time is 4 weeks, and a 3 week rush service is available. Our standard packaging is individual poly bags, but a plastic presentation box, or a velour covered jewelry box is an option. Please send your graphic image, camera ready art or actual photo of the pin to the link below. You will have your quote within 24 hours.
