Item Description: 17-1/2 inch perpetual trophy with 13 inch heavy gold metal cup. The header and name plates are gold brass, the base is a walnut wood finish. The trophy comes with 1 header brass plate and 4 small name plates. There is room for 12 more plates, 4 on each side of base , but not supplied.

One-Time Template Charge: A template is a software file that reads and interpret the logo to be engraved correctly on a mechanical engraving machine. If you have engraving, a one time template charge of $45 is required for diamond drag engraved that has a logo on engraving. If you only have text engraving you don't need a template, but you could only use one of our available fonts (see available fonts below). Oxidized engraving is already included in price.

Engraving Options on Header Plate We could only do mechanical engraving on solid gold brass plates. Again, if you're engraving has a logo, you will need a one time charge of $45 for the template. But if you have only text engraving, you don't need a template. Please enter text below or you can also upload your files.

Engraving Options on Name Plates: Only text with standard fonts to be engraved on name plates with a limit of 3 lines per plate.

Processing Times
Expect 1-3 business days to process orders. For personalized items expect 1-4 business days. In the high season (April to May), expect personalized items to be processed within 3-6 business days. Our office and warehouse is close on Saturday and Sunday. For high volume orders, please call for processing time (1.800.345.3906).



Shipping Methods and Transit Times:
We offer UPS, FEDEX and USPS carrier methods. Shipping transit time depends on destination and shipping method chosen. We do not Ship on Saturday and Sunday! For all special services such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air, except the transit time based on the offered service.



Shipping Costs:
Cost of Shipping are carrier published rates based on weight of the items, and the destination locations. There is a $3.50 handling charge per order, added to the shipping cost. The shipper's origin zip code is 10550. You can retrieve your shipping cost at checkout before making your purchase.



Tracking Numbers:
All Orders can be tracked Online. When you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail. When we have shipped your order, you will receive a second E-mail which is a Sent Confirmation E-mail with the tracking number link to track your order.

Returns
We guarantee all products to be free of manufacturing defects. Should you receive any item which becomes defective within a year of your purchase, we will replace the item at no charge or refund your order in full including shipping charges.



If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund or credit towards your next purchase of merchandise. A return authorization number is required prior to return. Contact us for a return authorization to be included with the item you are returning. You must also include a copy of your invoice(s) or your invoice number(s) along with your returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do not credit shipping charges on non-defective returned merchandise.



If your item(s) is engraved and/or personalized, the order is considered a final sale and we will not accept returns, unless there is a mistake on our part between the original message you provided compared to the message engraved on the item.
