Custom Military Insignias: Die-Struck in Brass with Hard Stoned Epoxy |
|
These insignia pins are die-struck in jeweler’s brass and electroplated in gold & nickel. The enamel is Hard Stoned Epoxy. The enamel has a high gloss finish, and is baked in an oven to give the insignia a lasting durable finish. In addition the stoning and polishing give the insignia a smooth hard finish. Since the insignias meet the United States Army Institute of Heraldry requirements, an extra heavy deposit of gold and nickel is required, as well as hard soldered findings. We are certified by the Heraldry to manufacture military insignias. The heraldry supplies the dies to us and we make the cutters. Quantity requirements depend on the individual military units. They can range from as little as 200 pieces to 10,000 pieces and up. Normal production time is 6 to 8 weeks. Please send us the units drawing supplied by the heraldry. You will have your quote within 24 hours.
