The pins in this category are produced with a 4-color printing process, much the same way you produce Catalogs & flyers. The result is a pin that resembles a high quality photo process. There is no limit to the number of colors. Your options include a brass, aluminum or steel base metal. There will be an additional charge for gold plating a brass pin. Any shape is possible. This process can pick up all the fine detail from your graphics; including text.PMS colors can be matched. The pins come with a clear epoxy coating, nail and butterfly clutch finding and poly bagged. Unlike the other category of pins the minimum quantity starts at 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000 pcs and up. This process produces the least expensive price but requires higher quantities.
