When will my order ship?


Purchases from ClassicMedallics.com have following shipping schedule:
Component parts will ship within 24 hours;
Assembled items will ship within 48 to 72 hours;
Personalized products will ship within 3 to 4 days.
Each address you instruct us to ship to is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

When will my personalized order ship?


Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include personalized items will leave our warehouse within 3 to 4 days of order placement. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you ship outside the United States?


Yes, ClassicMedallics.com is proud to offer shipping throughout the United States and overseas. Shipping costs and payment needs to be verified with us first. For assistance please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-221-1348 or email us at sales@classic-medallics.com.

By which carrier will my order be shipped?


We recommend choosing FedEx 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address.

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?


Once an order is placed at ClassicMedallics.com, you cannot make changes. For assistance please call our Customer Service Representatives at 800-221-1348 or 914-530-6259.

What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?


All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.
You will be charged a restocking fee 20% of your original order.

Personalized Items (e.g., Build Your Award, engraved items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Will my order be taxed?


Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?


Customer satisfaction is our goal at ClassicMedallics.com. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-221-1348 and we will replace the order.

Can I see a record of my transactions with ClassicMedallics.com?


By registering with us, you can check your order status online through the Order History area of your User Profile. All of the details regarding past purchases will be conveniently stored for you in an organized listing. You can also check the status of an order placed with ClassicMedallics.com by contacting our Customer Service Representatives at 800-221-1348.

How long does it take to process my return?


Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

If I want to exchange my item for a similar item or a different size or color, how do I do that?


Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-221-1348. They will be able to help you.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I have a package delivered on Saturday?


We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.
