This category of pins is printed on metallic Mylar labels that are than adhered to brass metal backings. There is a maximum of 4 printed colors, which does not include the metallic Mylar background. The advantage of this process over digital printed pins is the bright gold or silver metallic background, which is not available on digital printed pins. The disadvantage is the maximum of 4 colors on the pin. The stock shapes include circles, ovals, squares, and rectangles in various sizes listed below. The pins are covered with a clear epoxy dome. The pins are not plated and only offered in a brass. The set up charges are low, and the quantity requirements are small with a short delivery time of 2 weeks to as little as 5 days. Quantity breaks start at 100, 300, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000. All pins come with an anti-rotational spur & butterfly clutch. They are individually poly bagged.
